Dear Daddy,
I heard late last night that I got the PA job I have been interviewing with. So happy but I wish you were here to call and tell the news to. You were always so happy when I got a new job. You would get all excited and ask me every day how it went. I miss that about you.
I swear that every time the weather changes I think of you. I have no idea why but it seems like the weather was always something you loved. When it was snowing out, you were either plowing at DIA or sledding with outside with Lexi and Asher. Or when it was a warm summer's night, I can still see you sitting on your deck looking at the back yard.
I miss that about you.
Mom came over today and we went shopping. We did some things in the house and ran errands. But you weren't there to laugh with. It's just her now when she comes over and it's so quiet when she's here. You use to laugh, tell stories, tell jokes and now that's all gone.
I miss that about you.
I guess to sum it all up today, I just miss you!
