Later this evening I will be posting on my dad's status. There has been a lot of changes and I will give all of you an update later today.

Today is one of the most painful days of my life. I wish I was writing all of you to tell you about how well my dad was doing or how he smiled for me. Instead I am writing to tell you that on Tuesday August 25th, 2009 at approximately 6:20pm, my dad past away. He was surrounded by family and friends that loved him dearly. He took his last breath peacefully with Joanne (his wife) by his side. He was an extraordinary man, a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend.
